Residential Cancellation Policy

If you are scheduled for service and need to cancel, we suggest that you give at least 2 days notice. If you do not, it may become necessary to charge you anyway, and this includes "Lockouts". Notification allows us to attempt to reschedule another customer in the empty slot. The fee for lockouts or late cancellation is $30.00.
